The pay and benefits are good

Cons

Management is incompetent, senior management is a revolving door and all the good talent that can get a better job in a fortune 100 leaves. They also value face time more than actual work - The mandatory management conference of 175 people started the flow of Covid-19 into MA. They don't care about the people or patients. The place went down hill after George Scangos, the former CEO left the company.

Company has great vision and a passion to truly help the MS population. Pay was awesome and the benefits were hard to beat.

Cons

Micro-mgmt was the worst. Also, leadership always asks for feedback but rarely ever took it into consideration. Patient services did not have as much growth as other divisions within the company.

Nice benefits, flexibility, modern office building

Cons

The place is a white boys and girls club. Don’t waste your time and energy working here if you’re a person of color. You will always be on the outside looking in. Going blonde will help you more in this company than a second degree.
