Solid company but needs to modernize

Pros

Solid path, fair pay and benefits, decent work hours (no 55-60 hr weeks here), Smaller store sizes keep work environment more easy going.

Cons

Vision needs to modernize for company going forward. For part-timers, need more modern and consistant uniform (polo shirts perhaps) instead of shirt/tie for guys and no real guideline for girls. Also Product range needs to be a little wider, with a greater price range, instead of 5 of the same product by different brands but all the same price (they are all the same in the end). And needs a much better website to assist shoppers.
