The store managers dont make much more than the first assistants, so it is hard to really want to move up in the system

The job is not very stressful, the management was usually understanding of your availability. Most management were normal, and sister go on Power trips

Cons

The unloading of the truck at 4am. Early opening on Saturdays. The frantic holiday schedules.
