      Pros

      I love my co-workers. The culture and environment is fun. The new building will be awesome. Teams are what makes this place work.

      Cons

      Unstable. Too many changes. If you aren't in the "crew" you aren't safe.

      Pros

      Great place to learn skills because of fast paced environment. Good collaboration depending on what team you are on. Nice variety of work. Decent benefits. President and CEO are visionaries.

      Cons

      Unsure of how upper management will react at any given time. President has a tendency to act like a spoiled child. Told to take risks, but never allowed to fail. Questioning is frowned upon. No true identity as a company. If you posses a cheer leader-like mentality you will fit right in.

      Pros

      - Smart front-end and back-end engineers - Some mind blowing senior engineers - Good projects in pipeline from PMs and kind managers - Great work life balance - Ethnically diverse - Premium H-1B transfers - Green card processing starts in 3 months

      Cons

      - Terrible base pay for test automation engineers - Impossible to get even a $1 hike if you are in test automation - Fleet of over paid manual testers who simply can not write a line of automation - Little to no bonuses for tail-end employees (actually forget bonuses) - Annoying directors who do not promote proven engineers (in test and development) - Awful female diversity in engineering - Forcefully transferring employees from the HQ building to the warehouse building creates double standards
