Cons
- Terrible base pay for test automation engineers - Impossible to get even a $1 hike if you are in test automation - Fleet of over paid manual testers who simply can not write a line of automation - Little to no bonuses for tail-end employees (actually forget bonuses) - Annoying directors who do not promote proven engineers (in test and development) - Awful female diversity in engineering - Forcefully transferring employees from the HQ building to the warehouse building creates double standards
