      Great company to work for - if you keep at it, you will be recognized and progress In 8 years the longest I have been a role is 2 years, lots of opportunities if you walk the extra mile Global player, lots of travel, lots of culture, lots of diversity, lots of different technologies Excellent broad development opportunities for young early-career graduates Pay is top quartile, incentives are good, equity/ shares incentives even better Long hours and tough conditions, but very rewarding Strong drive towards technology and innovation - participation is encouraged and rewarded Robust safety culture - the leaders are authentic about us all " ... going home safe & healthy every day ..." By far the most rewarding employment experience in my 30 professional working years all over the world

      A small power block is destroying the fabric of the company - person by person, it's such a pity People that ask questions shouldn't be labeled as resistant to change You don't have to be a Partner to contribute or add value Work-life balance is a challenge - I don't mind the long hours and weekend work, but if I can't take my vacation year in, year out - we have a problem?
