A small power block is destroying the fabric of the company - person by person, it's such a pity People that ask questions shouldn't be labeled as resistant to change You don't have to be a Partner to contribute or add value Work-life balance is a challenge - I don't mind the long hours and weekend work, but if I can't take my vacation year in, year out - we have a problem?
