The culture is fantastic - I love my clients and my coworkers and have so much fun doing my job and working with these people.

Cons

Busy season can be hard, as it can be in any tax and accounting firm. You work a lot of hours in a short period of time. But luckily that isn't all year, just a few months.

All of the people you work with are cream of the crop.... Extremely smart and motivated

Cons

If you're not a project manager (i.e. actually doing project work), it can be tough to get things done during the day because the day usually consists of meetings. After hours are the only time you can actually get work done. Again, this was not the case for everyone.
