Pros

Location for commute, rooftop lounges & shopping nearby, some cool colleagues & only a handful of partners you can actually gain some mentorship value.

Cons

There isn't any firm culture from merging with many small local firms. Small-mindedness, tons of gossip & most employees are just slaving away. no clear direction by local management on what is important. They need to either hire some McKinsey consultants to assess their issues and/or revamp their human resource team.

Although public accounting isn't the most thrilling field, Baker Tilly does have a unique culture and personality which makes the monotonous daily tasks manageable. Very Flexible- definitely live by : Work hard- play hard
