Pros
All of the people you work with are cream of the crop.... Extremely smart and motivated
Cons
If you're not a project manager (i.e. actually doing project work), it can be tough to get things done during the day because the day usually consists of meetings. After hours are the only time you can actually get work done. Again, this was not the case for everyone.
