This is a stable firm to work for. The environment is comfortable yet professional. I do not have any complaints about my colleagues or management. The firm provides good benefits.

Cons

There may be limited growth potential if you are not an attorney.

Pros

Partners were extremely fair and did a good job of mentoring. Colleagues were usually smart and fun to work with.

Cons

Hours were long but that is to be expected. Office culture was decent with less office politics than other places.
