global exposure, culture of friendship with colleagues

Cons

Pros

big and good reputation. You will take advantage for future employments and will therefore take a higher work load for the time you are working with them.

Cons

hard and challenging enviroment within the company and its lawyers. Its not a real entity and it is hard for younger lawyers to get clients and improve their value to the company.
