Pros

There are some good people there. Many alumni are great.

Cons

The offices fight among themselves for client credit. Very senior folks continue to claim client credit long after doing any work for a client.

Pros

Interesting assignments, stellar client list, friendly colleagues, competitive salaries and benefits, pleasant surroundings.

Cons

Work/life balance is a challenge with long hours and unpredictable work schedule. Lack of meaningful communication from management. Too many management layers for administrative staff positions results in overloaded staff.

Pros

Lots of autonomy. Global guidelines and up to individual offices to decide how to implement

Cons

Converse of above. Needs to be more and better shared services support for offices.
