Pros

Supervised team of six, worked on the team morale while there

Cons

Integration from Elite database to SAP which I feel is more of a manufacturing database, not a good law firm system

Pros

Technology, business and communication trainings are available. The company also offers a 14.5 month salary program. Performance bonus is possible for achievers and people that have exceeded expectations. There is a leave conversion program as well. They are a company that looks after their people. In the pamdemic, management had allowed us to fully work remotely. The arrangement this 2023, is a hybrid arrangement. Medical insurance is top tier. There is also a retirement package program. There are other benefits that are available, please inquire with HR when your applicatiom is being processed.

Cons

Since the company provides great benefits, performance is expected. It is challenging and you will need to produce your best as it is the requirement. Employees need to be smart with time management as the culture puts a premium on working solutions, instead of hours worked. If this is a weakness, you would not fit and will be burned out in no time. It is a dog eats dog environment. You need to compete and be in your best foot forward.
