Pros

Drinks and socialising at the end of the month, average pension scheme and life insurance.

Cons

Massive turnover of staff. No training given whatsoever. They throw you in the deep end as soon as they have got you through the door. All nice for the first while and then everything changes. The no bullying policy is rubbish. WHEN you do report it they brush it under the carpet and protect their own. Very disappointed in the company as a whole. Clearly money orientated.

Pros

Nicer people than you find in most firms; chance to work on international projects.

Cons

Like most large law firms it is a revolving door and management does not always clearly explain decisions to rank-and-file. There has been an obvious shift in priorities in the last two years, and morale among associates and staff is suffering as a result.
