Pros

The new office space offers a smart design. This allows for collaboration between parties. The firm is fair in allowing participation in after hour social events and lunches.

Cons

Please recognize good people and empower them to be better. Many staff members are over worked, especially in the accounting and billing departments. More should be done to offer training and support to these overworked groups.
