They try to think of creative ways to practice law Genuinely want to improve You can try some really interesting projects You are the captain of your career

Cons

Law firms are tough environments Lawyers can be difficult to work with for non-lawyers Status is important and lawyers get the status markers as soon as they walk through the door

Diverse staff, worked with new accounting program, some overtime hours welcomed, located in the Midtown area, close to transportation and shopping

Cons

Poor Support and micromanaging from Supervisor, support staff lacked skills in basic programs such as Excel and Outlook, poor communication, Unprofessional work ethics
