      Pros

      Progressive and innovative in all things, including employee benefits and compensation, as well as workplace. Incredibly aggressive, but opportunities abound.

      Cons

      While there is no specific pressure to work overtime, nonetheless, the aggressive work pace and environment definitely lead to long hours. Currently, I work 60-80 hrs/week. This appears to be less an issue in the engineering and scientific disciplines vs. managerial and executive.

      Pros

      Great facilities with everything provided with good quality; camp, food, laundry facilities, pub, entertainment if you want, wifi facilities and an environment of acceptance improving all the time.

      Cons

      Expectation regarding hours of work is high being more than 12 hours a day which stretches the limits for anyone needing 8 hours sleep a night
