      Pros

      top drawer technology offer - really first class all round. Network offer world class, UC bit clunky but works perfectly, video interesting technology. Zang is fun, not sure it will take off.

      Cons

      Theater management is terrible. No clue, people leave in odd circumstances, blame culture, no one wants to listen, silo'd approach. short term approach, do it my way or get out (be fired), rarely praise only blame, not interested in anything but the numbers. Management hate partners.

      Pros

      If you want a place to work where you can collect a pay check and go under the radar, then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Benefits are horrible, 401k rarely gets matched and it's a pathetic amount to start with, management has zero focus, no ESPP.
