      Pros

      They offer a Good salary and flexible work schedule. They have a good VO policy and excellent tools for remote users.

      Cons

      No true leadership. Just executives taking advantage and collecting salaries and bonuses they do not deserve. They will work you to the bone, 14 hour days and weekends with no reward, don't work the hours! Raises, bonuses and 401k have been almost non-existent for the past few years, but the execs continue to get their compensation.

      Pros

      Good people in general. If you are in India and want some training.

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible. No raises / bonuses. Long hours. No recognition. Constant layoffs. Management has no clue what its doing. The C suite are getting massive bonuses for failing which kills morale. CEO is awful and thinks employees are useless. Unless you are in the C suite you provide no value and should be off shored.

      Pros

      Good unified communication products and lots of good professionals.

      Cons

      Looks like executives are divided on direction for the company and negative growth in revenue putting too much emphasis on cost reduction resulting into loss of knowledgeable resources. Lack of accountability at C-level for failing to meet the financial goals.
