      Respectful environment. Global company with strong involvement in emerging economies - good for possible career opportunities but also a source of pride in that Avaya is helping the world collaborate more effectively, allowing a stronger voice from those unheard in the past, which may lead to a brighter future for humanity itself. Involved in leading-edge technologies. Fast paced Opportunities to learn on-the-job. Telecommuting options. Decent benefits. Wellness programs. Some "cool" associations - San Jose Earthquakes Avaya Stadium, Team Penske, several strategic relationships with other tech giants.

      Cons

      Too many leaders and project managers ... not enough workers. (Although it is good to see the fairly recent increase in entry level and front line sales people.)
