      Pros

      Has the largest Customer base in Enterprise and mid market UC IP PBX, and contact center solutions with an excellent video solution. Trying to growth SDN customer base with good solid products.

      Cons

      Lack of clear channel growth strategy and extremely slow Cloud evolution has allowed competitors to attack installed based. Networking products have not taken hold in market dominated by larger and smaller Networking rivals. Lack of innovation has caused little differentiation and allowed competition to raise doubts of survival.

      Pros

      Generally speaking, it's the largest grouping of underachievers ever witnessed in one workplace (low expectations). Promotion of inexperienced interns & employees who have no managerial abilities or knowledge abounds.

      Cons

      The lack of leadership & basic accountability between staff and subordinates is astounding. Lack of very basic standard procedures (I. E.: process documentation, common courtesy, etc.) has resulted in mass chaos.

      Pros

      I cannot in honesty put anything in Pros at this point in time.

      Cons

      CEO and many other high in leadership lead by fear based management. Stick always. That approach is with customers and employees as well, despite what they claim. Layoffs often.High debt. Poor bond rating. No real plan to pull out of serious decline.
