      A whose who of clients. Legacy technology that is dependable and reliable.

      Cons

      Leadership seems to have lost touch with the market. It's really sad to see this once proud technological innovator transition into a system integrator for its alliance partners' portfolios. Way behind on cloud from every aspect. Capped commissions via mid-year quota increases to reduce your payout of large wins.

      Pros

      The culture is very hands off. If you want freedom to sink or swim by your own merit, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Avaya has a tremendous book of business they are slowly losing to competitors. It's a matter of time until it is completely lost. However if they can somehow figure out how to compete with the new pure cloud players there could be a very successful turnaround story.
