Avaya is still one of the top players in enterprise contact center solutions (AEP, POM, CM, etc.). In regions like Middle East, India, and APAC, Avaya continues to dominate contact center solutions.

Cons

Avaya’s cloud solutions are not as strong or widely adopted as competitors. If you stay only on Avaya, you may face fewer opportunities in the next 5–7 years as more enterprises switch to cloud-first platforms.
