      Pros

      Close to home, I like the work I do. Salary is good. I like the people I work with. Very smart technical people.

      Cons

      Company is downsizing every few months. No long term strategy. New Management. No investment in R&D. No job security.

      Pros

      Dynamic and satisfying. It's a nice place to work, the teams work well in most cases, and it's a challenging environment. Also, the pay is acceptable, and the benefits are not bad at all.

      Cons

      Change. The transition is taking away a lot of people and there's a lack of transparency as to the changes. No one is really sure as to how the "new" Avaya will look and work.
