Programmer and sales/presales leader had many roles and still in touch w lots of folks

Cannot think of any reasons. Oh, here's one: if you don't like making plan, you'll do well here because the company seems to eliminate those that make/beat their plans and retain the laggards. They also have some really nice facilities and behave like a $50B company.

Cons

Too many to list. Employee dissatisfaction is rampant and management has blinders on.

Avaya pays well compared to the rest of the industry. But I expect that to change just like all the great benefits that have slowly disappeared.

Cons

Clueless and rackless management. Giancarlo is talking a good game but hasn't implemented one bit of what he is saying.
