Pros

Strong Brand Name, large customer base, current Data/Voice migrations adding to alot of exciting times in the future. This is a major player with a gameplan on how to approach the future. This plan may not involve the employees as much as the future of the products. But it is required to sustain what will be left adfter the tech fallout.

Cons

This is the telecommunications business and it is not a good entry point with massive consolidation in the industry. Within a few years the industry will be highly consolidated and jobs will be scarce.

Pros

Good pay and some wonderful co-workers

Cons

Massive off-shoring leads to your job being at risk every couple of months it seems. Senior Management not in touch with what is happening and favorites get promoted. No concern for work/life benefits. No communication downward. While benefits are still good, they continue to get cut. There is no fun to be had and very unfriendly environment in that people barely talk in the building
