Pros

- Above average pay. - Ability to telecommute. - 401K match isn't to bad. - Bonus potential isn't to bad.

Cons

- Limited opportunities for growth or advancement if you don't live in Denver, Basking Ridge, or Pune. - More work is being shipped to India each day. - If you're not in front of a customer at least some time you're at risk. - A lot of politics.

Pros

Overall good company culture. Home office is pretty common. Competitive salary & benefits. Overall is a good company to work for specially the brand and the fact they are No. 1 in what they do.

Cons

Promotion is difficult to come. Even moving within organization is not easy. Sometimes I felt HR doesn't even exist in the company. POOR HR process.
