      Pros

      Location and attitude of fellow workers. These folks are committed! The R&D facility in Westminster well located, a cool building, and traffic is not bad.

      Cons

      Recently, the actions Sr. Management has been especially chaotic. Huge swings in priorities combined with punishing layoffs have demonstrated desperation more so than leadership.

      If you work in India it's a great place to work.

      If you work in north America watch your back. Avaya's bean counters feel that cheeper labor equals better quality.

      Once a Great Place to work but no more

      Great pay and benefits ( Medical/Dental vision provided at no cost for union memebers and there families)

      Cons

      They took a great Company (original AT+T) and tore it apart. No respect for the people who built the business as they lay people off with 30 years
