Pros

Pretty high salaries relative to job title. Great benefits. Some cool technology. Good resources for knowledge sharing - their is real expertise here, such as in the Security domain.

Cons

Fairly political at Director level and above. Product teams are silos - there is little if any resource balancing between product teams unless there is already a history of that between particular teams.

Legacy Bell policies, strategies, technologies. Too many people hanging on 'till retirement. Too much red tape. Too much organizational structure and too deep management layer. Overlapping job functions, too many competing kingdoms.
