      Nice place to work if you live in the US

      Pros

      * Good access to technology * A very high level of field working experience. * Access to training documents and up to date information.

      Cons

      * Compensation is very low if not working in the US * Work / life level balance is non existent. * Job overload, employees get tired but they just don't leave because there are not many options in latin america.

      Pros

      Interesting, leading edge field to work in. Strong product set that is very competitive as a solution based on its own merits.

      Cons

      Vision of leadership can be confusing. Management, at times, can not see the forest through the trees. Company does not always show comittment to grow business. Not clear if they are truly growing the business or setting it up to break into pieces and sell.
