      Cons

      Hiring process have to improve to hire the right people for the right skills Lack of transparency in the top level management You might end up landing doing different thing (Some take this as positive)

      Great access to technical training and certifications. Working with the best technology in the industry. Unparalleled total compensation package. etc.

      Cons

      For some time, the corporate strategy has been to outsource work to business partners and lay-off corporate technicians. They are sticking to this model even through the recent acquisition. Rumor has it that even the support engineer work is being moved "offshore".
