Flexible hours, Able to do my job without being micro managed, salary is in line with other companies, team work

Cons

Lack of communication from management, lot of organizational changes thus not allowing enough time for existing management to make impacts

travel policies from the stone age - no thought or leeway backend systems not integrated very well ( travel, expenses , etc) Backward thinking executives - They think they are technology leaders , but are barely followers

Ability to be part of a dynamic transition with the Nortel Acquisition and Private Equity Ownership. Culture is one where peer groups work collaboratively Great industry to be a part of.

Cons

Quarterly successive cost reductions drive constant organizational instability. Senior Management changes every year. Target setting typically makes it difficult to acheive bonus levels. Weak HR function.
