Pros

Great opportunity to work with incredible technology. A large number of technically smart folks to work with and learn from. The benefits provided are above par.

Cons

The work and personnel life balance is hard. The job requires a lot of time & dedication. I seem to spend a minimum of 55 hours a week working. I personally do not like to travel. My position requires that I could travel on a moments notice. Not all positions are like this.

The ability to work with alot of very incredible customers! Also the technology was second to none!

Cons

Constant layoffs. It was at the end of every quarter, start looking over your shoulder for that FedEx. Also, there were many layoffs done via voicemail. VERY tacky
