      Pros

      Company is market number one and has a clear vision how enterprise communication will evolve. Management will support sales people as long as they make their numbers.

      Cons

      - Internal tools are not fantastic, but ok. - People are so busy working on their own projects that don't always time to help others.

      Pros

      Very good company that values top performers and gives them opportunities, such as assignements abroad and position movements. With the acquisition of Nortel, it is leader in most of the segments it plays on.

      Cons

      Avaya has gone thru multiple changes in the past years - it became private, it bought a large competitor, it will become public again - changes are very often and the climate of instability reflects in the daily mood.

      Pros

      Laptops to all employees, no website restrictions.. Company/cmpny's policies gives a ear to employee's concern. Reasonable paymasters Employees' welfare is sought at all situations though hike was missing for 2 yrs which was reasonable as the company had bought a competitor and they were yet to make business out of that buy out,. Managers give you enough liberty to work - just that the work should be delivered on time.

      Cons

      Pvt Ltd company, so fear of job loss might always be in place. Snr mgmt can be stronger.
