      Pros

      - Very collaborative: My entire team, including other network engineers and my manager, stayed up to date on a weekly basis. We also worked together to solve issues on many occasions. - Very available: The networking team was available most of the time to help share information and solve problems.

      Cons

      Not many bad sides, except that the Avaya networking team got sold off due to Avaya's debt restructuring process.

      Pros

      My co-workers made it worthwhile to come to work, very customer focused and want to do a great job.

      Cons

      Upper management does not have a clue of what you do. They are not interested in hearing any feedback from employees and if you don't like it you can leave. Over loaded with work and cannot provide good service to customers. Very metrics driven and management not focused on their customers.
