      Some real good folks to work with day to day,

      Cons

      senior management is ham stringed by the executives. Looks as though it will go the course of Nortel. Emergence from chapter 11 was positive but new CEO began to reload top heavy rather than with the folks that really do the work and have the pulse on the market and clients.

      Good team mates, people around you, friendly positive atmosphere and work life balance - not the executives as they are seem to be living in diffrent world and class with rest of us

      Cons

      Need to heavily transforming and innovate the producttechnology/solution/business model tp stay relevant in this disruptive market Favoritism for people originated from a certain places whom is now leading Avaya top positions outside US, one type of culture is not fit to all , increasing manage by fear and power style had made more and more people do not believe on management capability

      Pros

      Company allows to do work from home. Relaxed enviornment and work-life balance is good. I can't think of anything else.

      Cons

      company is unstable .Management is not good. Every April and December they have layoffs and. Management targets new employees to save their position. Company culture is bad. Office enviornment is dead. They believe in hiring more contractors and layingoff full-time employees. Raise is negligible. Slow career growth.
