Good place for those to grow in telecom domain. Employee friendly work culture, provides flexible timings. Good exposure on enterprise telecom and related expertice.

Cons

Technology perspective, specifically related to JAVA/J2EE there is little scope for exposure as the work involved is purely domain centric.
