Pros

coworkers helping each other out until the very end. No one giving up, fighting bravely for our customers and friends. Not willing to concede we are considered the dinosaurs and no U.S. Companies want to talk to Americans any more

Cons

Mid level managers afraid to stand up for their teams. They have been cowed into submission. Those who speak out against job outsourcing get axed from the payroll. Union representation, once strong, now non-existent.
