Pros

very good work life balance, work from home, employee respect, good salary, process followed strictly, zero work pressure, managers are awesome, treats employee well. highly encourage employee to innovate. highly focus on quality rather than quantity without pressurising the employee.

Cons

slow paced organisation. Sometime it takes too long to finish some trivial task

Pros

Have found my time at Avaya to be overall very good. Have consistently been challenged, and found growth opportunities on my own.

Cons

Until recently there has been very little encouragement from management regarding professional growth, and there has been a great deal of turnover which has negatively impacted results.
