Pros

Avaya has been good to offer upgrade path to old Nortel customers Still maintains good penetration in the contact center space Remote working is available to all Good pay, if you can achieve your quota Trying very hard to recruit new talent and new partners.

Cons

Below expectation benefits Experienced $$$ employees being pushed out every year for newbees $ Management team has no tech experience and no 3-5 year vision. Middle Management are ineffective at leading troops without vision. Employees are essentially left to them self to make their numbers Marketing initiatives lack funding Avaya Cloud story is 5 years behind Poor Open architechture & Product integration & API
