We’d like to take a moment to acknowledge that our community is great. We’re particularly glad to hear you say that you feel heard, as that’s one of our main priorities.
We can’t say that there isn’t a lot to do at Avature. Things move fast here and there are benefits and downsides to working in such a dynamic environment, but Avaturians have great autonomy to manage their schedules and responsibilities. That said, nothing is more important than your well-being, so please bring it up to your manager or Talent Management if you feel over-worked.
