Hey, thanks for your feedback! First of all, we encourage you to bring up any issues you may have with your particular situation to your manager or Talent Management. These conversations are not only okay, but part of your development as a professional. In terms of perks in Buenos Aires, we have plenty, including: flexible hours, possibility to work from home, four weeks paternity leave, days off for academic events, great health care, three weeks vacation, and more. With that said, feel free to make suggestions!

Thank you for your feedback! Micro-Management is definitely not the management style we want to encourage. Feel free to discuss with Talent Management and we'll strive to improve.

Nice place to work, mostly due to the people

Pros

Office in Buenos Aires is very nicely located. Many benefits, including flexible schedule, good healthcare, possibility to work from your home, yearly trips to work in the beach. Great working environment The biggest pro is definitely the people, it is almost impossible to find a place to work in which you develop such good relationships with your coworkers. Also, the product we sell is pretty cool.

Cons

Salaries are low, at least for the people base in Argentina and outside of higher management roles, specially taking into account the revenue of the company. It's common for someone who just joined the company to have a higher salary than someone with 2-3 years of tenure which is rather discouraging. They might offer you the lowest possible amount just in case you accept it without complaining. Almost everyone in the company works really hard, and management takes some advantage of this. It almost feels like they encourage you to work extra hours and devote your life to the company, but then this is not rewarded accordingly. Very demanding. There is also no clear career path for you to follow, you kinda need to sort it out by yourself.
