Pros

Avature is an amazing place to work. The people across all areas are always kind and helpful. It is a company that not only allows you learn, but also pushes you to grow at your own pace. There are a lot of internal mobility possibilities if you feel like exploring other areas. In regards to projects, most of the times you will be assigned to projects of a size that matches your skills and seniority and there are real possibilities to work with top copanies and global projects. Management is great, and the Talent team is always within reach if you have any issues. If you care about diversity and inclusion, then you will feel very welcome in Avature, as they take this very seriously. All in all, it's a great place to learn, grow and stay as long as you want.

Cons

Salary and benefits are not the best in the market, but if money is not your main concern and you value working in a healthy and humane environment, this is the place for you.

Pros

flexibility, and fully remote work

Cons

They say they increase salaries according to inflation, which, in the end, they don't. This year, we're around 22% behind. They say they will compensate during the year, but in the end, they didn't. Channels to speak are open but they don't take action, they just listen.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As we’ve sustainedly done over the years, our priority is to accompany our team in the different economic contexts of each of the locations where they’re based, but always keeping in mind that decisions need to be sustainable over time, and this depends on many factors. As we communicated to our team together with more context on the rationale behind this year’s adjustments, our leaders and the Talent Management team are always available to discuss this matter in depth and provide additional information to address any further questions you may have. Thank you again for sharing your perspective.
