Many perks on paper. Large organization. Noble values and products. Many nice, educated people - make sure you work for one of those ones.

Cons

Upper management stole my ideas and presented them as their own. Bullying. High turnover in the department I worked in. The instinct is to fire someone without questioning the reason behind an issue. Do you want to take a chance like that in the next stage of your career?
