A huge click culture and a need to be part of excessive drinking and other "activities" to fit in Zero work life balance if you want to keep your job Toxic back stabbing and politics Seeing good people go so manager can save there backsides is very sad HR is just there to help managers get people out when direction changes Constant change of direction
