Very good medical and dental benefits. Flexible work schedule.

Continually re-organizing. Laying people off, then hiring new people from outside of the company. No organized system for re-hiring laid off workers.

Cons

Used to have work-life balance but now there are so many people doing the job of MANY others. It's happening around the company. Rush on business priorities, not enough time or people to do the work but we have to anyway. Used to be better balanced.
