Pros

Colleagues are nice and helpful

Cons

Poor management leadership. Managers just wants you to hit the KPI even if you are away. Industry leads just wants you to hit numbers even if comprising your relationship with other stakeholder or even customer. Behaving like a startup company

Pros

Autodesk is a fantastic place to work - employees are treated well, great health benefits and bonuses, and other great perks, and the people are great. Great work-life balance.

Cons

No job security - lots of random reorgs and layoffs.

Would rather pay outside candidates significantly more than internal employees

Pros

Great experience selling great products which customers actually need. A chance to gain experience in real consultative sales. Great culture and people. Innovative company.

Cons

Internal policies make it almost tough to get promoted. And if you are promoted don't expect more than few percent raise. Compensation is not on par with the market especially in Denver. Benefits were good until the market caught up. They offer a sabbatical every 4 years but only 12 days vacation. Most companies offer 20 so it evens out.
