      What a Nightmare

      Benefits and Salary and free coffee and crushed ice

      Cons

      Not enough training and training was inconsistent was told after a month and a half to improve or else didnt even get a 90 day probation period. I thought this was Accounts Payable NOT Rocket Science but it sure is there. RUN!!!

      Great pay and benefits; excellent 401k match; paid week off after Christmas with out having to use personal paid time off

      Cons

      Management style from the 1970's - employees seen as property - response to problems is "work more and longer hours" - ethical concerns, they report false information to upper management. The expectation is that departments work against each other. Absolute chaos. Inventory accuracy 60% at best, no work instructions, no training department, inaccurate bills of materials, will not address the issues, then want to know why products don't ship on time. Do not believe in process improvement, only "blame and shame".
