Good friends don't necessarily make "good workers". It's hard to find employees at Atlas who know that work is not a 4 letter word, so the work load is carried by a few while many collect the pay & credit for it. The only place I have ever worked that has more management positions than hourly employees. Our location has 7 salary management people and 4 hrly. As the saying goes, to many chiefs and not enough indians. All management shows up if & when they feel like, play games, chat up a storm, then out to lunch, expense it & never return for the day. Big discrimination difference for pay rate from females to male.
And finally the company is so big with so many applications and softwares that even the people in charge of them can't keep track or provide direction on how to use them.
